CCEP had a need for a better way to store and pick vending machine parts for the Australian market. These parts were small and stock level accuracy was difficult to maintain. In collaboration with CCEP, Priority Robotics developed a number of pod designs that would fit and hold a number of different parts. The pod design and the number of SKUs per face drives an exceptionally pick rate and a hit rate that is significantly higher than competitors.

Based in their Sydney distribution centre, the AMR solution is supporting one of the world’s leading beverages companies.

CCEP has fully embraced AMR technology, even having specially decaled robots, each in their different brands or products. This use of robotic technology shows that a properly developed solution, with input from both client and supplier, can produce expectational results.
